"The ChrX C-HPP team consists of 6 research groups of Japanese Proteomics Society (JPrOS) with 23 active members. Our activity is highly connected to jPOST repository/database, a member of ProteomeXchange Consortium (PXC). We are currently focusing on large-scale re-analysis of the public PXC datasets together with a newly launched proteome data journal called Journal of Proteome Data and Methods (JPDM).     We are developing a systematic platform to find MPs followed by the functional analysis of uncharacterized proteins (uPE)."
