"The Chr2 C-HPP team develops neXtProt, the reference knowledgebase for C-HPP projects. We provide specific tools such as the peptide uniqueness checker to help identifying the missing proteins (MPs). We also propose functional predictions for human proteins that have no annotated function (uPE) and collaborate with various laboratories for their experimental validation."
