B/D-HPP webinar on “SARS-CoV-2 through the lens of proteomics”

Mark your calendar and join us for a special B/D-HPP webinar on “SARS-CoV-2 through the lens of proteomics”. This web seminar will explore the latest advances in how mass spectrometry and proteomics are helping tackle the coronavirus pandemic.

A panel of international experts will report latest developments in areas including peptide vaccine (Juliane Walz, Tubingen), epitope mapping (Nicola Ternette, Oxford), molecular pathology (Jochen Schwenk, KTH), sex differences in infection response (Justyna Fert-Bober, Cedars-Sinai), virus-receptor interactions (Oliver Grant, Georgia), drug repurposing (Matthew O'Meara, Michigan), and proteogenomics (Francesca Petralia, Mount Sinai).

Each 15-minute talk will be followed by a 5-minute Q&A session to allow participants to interact with the speakers. The event will be live on November 10th, 2021, 8:00-11:00 pm UTC and recorded for future access by HUPO Reconnect registered participants as well as HPP members.
