HUPO Council (Board of Directors)
The HUPO Council is the decision-making body. It includes a Board of Directors
and the President.
The Board of Directors is elected by the HUPO members. The President is
elected by the Board of Directors. The President's responsibilities include:
- Has general and active management of the organization and direction over
other officers, agents and employees
- Presides, if present, at each meeting of the members and the Board of Directors
