Registration Fees
HUPO Annual World Congress is pleased to extend reduced
registration to students to encourage and facilitate their
participation. Students up to and including the Ph.D. are
eligible for the student discount.
New this year, HUPO members receive a discount of $40 off
Congress registration (does not apply to Pre-Congress educational
programs and clinical day on Saturday and Sunday)
Non Members and Students Congress registration rates include
a one year free membership to HUPO effective upon payment.
Registration to any of the Pre-Congress activities on Saturday
or Sunday does not include free membership.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and must
be received by September 30, 2006. No refunds will
be made for cancellations received after September
30, 2006. All refunds are subject to an administration
fee of $50 US.
Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to the
email address in your congress registration. If you
do not receive a confirmation for your cancellation
within 2 weeks of your request, please contact the
secretariat to ensure your refund.
